Role Overview
You’ll support client setup, monitoring, reporting, and light ticket handling. Most ongoing work is low-touch and automated, but you’ll play a key role in making sure endpoints and accounts are secure and consistent across environments.
Responsibilities
– Assist with initial setup and onboarding of client devices and accounts.
– Configure and manage Windows and macOS endpoints (patching, policies, encryption, Microsoft Defender).
– Configure Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts (MFA, access controls, security policies).
– Enforce device and account policies centrally through JumpCloud.
– Run OpenVAS vulnerability scans and prepare simple reports.
– Manage tickets and support requests through Zoho Desk.
– Produce monthly/quarterly reports using templates.
– Support ad-hoc client requests (within defined scope).
– Work closely with the UK team, giving feedback and suggesting improvements.
Skills & Experience
– Experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity (1–3 years preferred).
– Hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS configuration.
– Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration.
– Willingness to learn JumpCloud, OpenVAS, Zoho Desk (training provided).
– Strong English communication (written & spoken).
– Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
